Big Zongzi made by 10 chefs

A huge zongzi a traditional snack during the Dragon Boat Festival in China was completed and cooked on Tuesday in Lingshang County in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.

The zongzi, which weighs more than 331 kilograms, is the largest in the county's history. It measures 135 centimeters long, 50 centimeters high and 90 centimeters wide.

It took 10 chefs more than five days to complete production of the zongzi and another 32 hours to fully cook it.

The zongzi, which was wrapped by more than 1,200 special leaves, can serve more than 1,000 people. It contains more than 100 kilograms of glutinous rice, 40 kilograms of pork, 50 kilograms of green beans, 6 kilograms of chestnuts and 4 kilograms of dried shrimp.
