Wu, the owner of a Tibetan products shop, recently published an advertisement to recruit some people to work for his shop.

"I do not like experienced workers because they have their own ideas about selling,"Wu said, "And my business needs people to learn new things about my special Tibetan products. Those who know nothing about selling may more easily accept my business concept."
