A businessman in Haimeng, Jiangsu, has promised to pay 500,000 yuan ($64,474) to anyone who can tell him where his long-lost father is.

The man, surnamed Chen, said that his father, Chen Yuanlong, would be 79 this year if he is still alive. Chen Yuanlong left home in 1964 and has not contacted the family since then. Chen suspects his father be living in Shandong Province as he used to work for a steel company there in the 1950s.

Chen said though he has won great success in business and is worth tens of millions of yuan, he still misses his father.
