Instead of confiding in their parents or friends, a score of teenagers in Beijing's Xuwu District are opening their hearts to a group of stray cats.

Over the past two years, they have regularly come to the park and confided in the stray cats as a way to get things off their chests.They did so because there was no one they could confide in and no way for them to escape the stress of school, experts said.

Experts urged parents and teachers to show more concern about their problems and communicate with them better.
